Summary

This eggs benedict was really, really good, the eggs were perfectly cooked and the holandaise was perfect. The Rakinos chefs dont give you the standard spinach but put a yummy roast tomatoe on the side, they also use real bagels (Pandoro I think) and there was a small amount of great sundried tomatoe pesto garnish. Absolutely recommended!
