Summary

I love mexican food and I think New Zealand has a serious lack of mexican restaurants so when Taqueria opened on Ponsonby road I was very excited. Today I finally got around to trying Taqueria's Taco's and sadly they were a bit disapointing. The service was insanely slow, I only get half an hour for my lunch break and I get a bit sour a lot of this time is taken up getting served in a substandard eatery! I should point out that it was only myself and  two freinds ordering at the time. When I set about ordering the tasty looking ingredients for my taco I was informed that guacamole was an extra $2 what the!! when you are getting a taco thats already $4.90 and you see that you will need two and then they try and charge you an extra $2 per taco for guacamole and you have been waiting 10 minutes just to get served it really makes you want to give them a bad review. The guacamole should be included in the taco's price shouldnt it? The taste of our meals was pretty good so no complaints there and the atmosphere was pretty good too but unfortunately due to being to expensive and having slow service I probably wont go back. Can anyone recomend a good mexican restaurant?
