Generally I love using this company but on the weekend i got a dud.
comments & reviewsTotal posts: 5I had Horrible Service this morning and as a Customer I am very Disappointed, for 1 the taxi driver showed up at the wrong house, and charged me $3.80 before I even got in. He had No knowledge what so ever of where we were or where to go, I had to give him all the directions, he did not listen at all I told him where i was going very loudly and by the time I got to my destination which I am very surprised I made it he then told me I never told him where I was, and all through out the ride he was shaking his head at me and was upset, going when I did.
This is the third time, this taxi service, has over charged me and has not had clue where to go. I am very surprised because I have had some great service and I am a great tipper. Unfortunatly you have lost my service, and Respect. Posted by Tara (NV) on 26th March, 2009 @ 13:00
Have had good service from this company over the years, however got ripped of by driver Lucky21. He diverted three times from the most direct route and was extremely defensive when I called him on it at the destination Rang the company the next morning, they were very helpful and said would get a manager to contact me on Monday morning. Never heard from them again. Would have happily used this company again if they had replied to my complaint. Guess if you get picked up by Lucky21 you wont be so Lucky. i am lucky have easy no.300-3000 co-op taxi.what about u?just dial 300-3000 and u can see the difference.24hr,365days even public holidays.just remember 300-3000 co-op taxi.i love that!!!!!!!!!! Posted by andrew on 4th May, 2008 @ 00:19
i peeffered only one taxi company.who got more cabs,more intelligent&experinced driver,who provide best service,they know the value of time,customer,standard.thats company is co-op taxi.only 300-3000 can provide best service.i saluite to co-op.

i just wana say whenever i need taxi,i call only 3003000 co-op taxi.i used this taxi more than 20 years and still using now.my kids going school and college.they also using co-op taxi.co-op taxi driver know the value of time and customers.they lookafter kids,older and other customer.i have no complaint in 20 years.i love 3003000 co-op taxi. with regards Richard Posted by richard on 3rd May, 2008 @ 23:25
